Team Leader (m/f/d) – Sewing, Inspection & Packaging Department
Your responsibilities:
- Organizing and assigning work tasks at the sewing and inspection stations
- Ensuring smooth operations between the sewing and inspection departments
- Providing work materials and documentation
- Daily coordination with adjacent departments (quilting, pillows, work preparation, shipping)
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring adherence to production schedules
- Planning personnel deployment and managing the scheduling of operational staff
- Conducting performance checks and ensuring cleanliness and order
- Acting as the contact person for vacation planning and personnel-related inquiries
- Managing the procurement and availability of auxiliary materials
Your profile:
- Experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the textile industry
- Strong organizational skills and assertiveness
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in leading a team
- A structured and reliable way of working
