Duvets and pillows Made in Germany
When it comes to your duvet, it’s not just about comfort—it’s also about where and how it was made. At Centa-Star, all of our functional fiber comforters and pillows are manufactured directly at our factory in Stuttgart-Untertürkheim. Our down comforters are also produced entirely in Germany. Certified Quality from Hohenstein
Centa-Star’s commitment to quality has been officially recognized since 2016. Duvets are regularly tested and certified (for breathability, warmth, fit, care instructions, and medical safety). As a result, Centa-Star bedding always offers certified safety, the highest level of comfort, and restful sleep.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100
The OEKO-TEX® testing criteria are revised year after year and go far beyond current laws and regulations. The “STANDARD 100” label assures consumers that the textile product is safe for their health. Class 1 is the most stringent product class for textiles that come into close contact with the skin of babies and toddlers, and is awarded only if the product falls well below particularly strict limits.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100
All duvets and pillows in our brand collections are certified with the OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN product label. This certification was based on the preceding OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and OEKO-TEX® STeP certification processes. The traceable OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN product label offers complete transparency. Each pillow and duvet is marked with a specific product ID featuring a QR code. This provides information about where and under what conditions the bedding was manufactured and traces the entire supply chain of substance-free materials and humane manufacturing processes.

Your statutory warranty rights
For us, quality and trust go hand in hand. If your comforter has a defect at the time of delivery, you are entitled to your statutory warranty rights against the seller. In the case of a valid defect, you may first request a free repair or replacement. If the statutory requirements are met, a reduction in the purchase price or cancellation of the purchase contract may also be considered. The statutory warranty period for new goods is generally two years from the date of delivery.

100-day return policy at Centa-Star
It’s important to us that you find the perfect comforter and pillow for you in our online shop. To that end, we strive to provide you with the best possible guidance—for example, through very detailed product descriptions or our customer service. Unlike shopping in a physical store, however, it’s not possible to try out our products online before purchasing them. Of course, this means there may be times when you’re not entirely satisfied with one of our items after trying it out. In that case, we offer you the option to return your item to us free of charge within 100 days of receipt and receive a refund of the purchase price.
