We are constantly exploring the bedding market ourselves, so it’s no problem if you have any questions about our products, the process of our shop, or how we handle your data. We hope to address some of these uncertainties below.
About the Products
What certifications do you have?
All our products are certified with the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, which ensures that materials are free of harmful substances. All our fibre ranges have been tested for quality by the independent Hohenstein Institute and rated accordingly. In our efforts to ensure sustainable production while maintaining quality, our fibre collections have been awarded the MADE IN GREEN® label. Finally, the ECARF seal is present on our AllergoProtect® range for allergy sufferers and hygiene-conscious customers. Too much? Do you offer custom sizes?
Our products come in a wide range of sizes and variations. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate custom requests.
Hygiene
Do the bedding products have an oder?
Our fibre bedding products have almost no odor. However, natural collections with down, camel hair, or sheep wool may have a very slight natural odor, which is generally considered pleasant during sleep.
How do I wash your bedding products?

Order process
How do you handle my personal, sensitive data?
We strictly adhere to the German General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can read more in our privacy policy.
I forgot my login password, what should I do?
You can request an email to reset your password and create a new one using your registered email address.
Can I also order by phone or e-mail?
No, unfortunately we can only accept orders through the online shop.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If we have not yet processed your order and it is not yet on its way, changes or cancellations are possible. If your package is already on its way, you can return it to us free of charge. You can print a return label from your customer account. Once the package arrives back, we will refund the purchase price.
Do I need to register to place an order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest without registering.
Shipping and returns
What does shipping cost?
The shipping costs are completely free for you with an order value of 79€ or more. For orders with a lower value, we charge shipping fees of 9,00€.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver our bedding throughout Germany.
Which logistics partner do you use?
Your package will be delivered reliably and securely by our shipping partner DHL.
Where can I see the delivery time?
Since we keep all items in stock, they are always available for immediate delivery. Your order will be processed and handed over to DHL immediately upon receipt. DHL's delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days.
