Not quite your perfect bedding?
It is important to us that you find the perfect duvet and the perfect pillow for you with us. To help with this, we try to advise you as best as possible – for example, through our product advisor, very detailed product descriptions, or our customer service. However, unlike shopping in a physical store, it is not possible to try out our products before purchasing online. Naturally, this means that sometimes you might not be completely satisfied with one of our items after trying it out. For this reason, we offer you the option to return your item to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of the purchase price.
Returns processing
If you wish to return items from your order, you can generate a return label through your customer account in our online shop. If you placed an order as a guest and do not have a customer account, you can generate your return label using the link in the email with your shipping confirmation. Pack your item properly and include your delivery note or a copy of it in the package. Affix the return label to the package and drop it off at a nearby DHL branch. We will confirm receipt of the return at our facility and then refund the purchase price using the same payment method you selected during the purchase. If you purchased from one of our partners in-store, please contact that retailer directly to process your return.
Bundles
With our bundle offers, you can save money: By combining two or more items in a set, you receive a discount on all items in the bundle. However, if you find that you do not like one or more items, you can return either the entire bundle or just part of it within 100 days. Please understand that with a partial return, the bundle discount will be forfeited. You will receive a credit for the returned item minus the discount you received with the bundle offer. You may keep the remaining items at their original price.
Sounds complicated?
Here’s a simple example: You buy two items each worth 50€ and receive a 10% discount on both products in the bundle. This reduces the total price from 100€ to 90€. If you return one of the two items from the bundle, we will refund you 40€, allowing you to keep the other item at its original price of 50€.
Free Items
As a thank you, we give you a free item with orders that exceed a certain value. You can select and add this item to your order in the shopping cart. Even with an order that includes a free item, you can return the products you do not like. However, please keep in mind that the free item is tied to the value of your purchase. If the total price of your purchase falls below the specified minimum order value due to a return, we ask that you return the free item along with your return.
