Not quite your perfect bedding?

It’s important to us that you find the perfect comforter and pillow for you here. To help you do that, we strive to provide the best possible guidance — for example, through our product advisor, very detailed product descriptions, or our customer service. Unlike shopping in a physical store, however, it’s not possible to try out our products online before purchasing them. Of course, this means that there may be times when you’re not entirely satisfied with one of our items after trying it out. In that case, we offer you the option to return your item to us free of charge within 100 days of receipt and receive a refund of the purchase price.

Returns processing

If you’d like to return items from your order, you can generate your return label through your customer account in the online store. If you didn’t create a customer account and placed your order as a guest, you can generate your return label using the link in the email with your shipping confirmation. Pack your item properly and include your packing slip or a copy of it in the package. Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at a nearby DHL location. We’ll then confirm receipt of your return. After that, we’ll refund your purchase price using the same payment method you selected at the time of purchase. If you made your purchase at one of our local partner stores, please contact that retailer directly if you’d like to return an item.

NeckProtect®

Our NeckProtect® pillow is available in four firmness levels: Softness, Sensitive, Ultra, and Corrective — so you can find exactly the level of comfort that’s right for you.

Please note when placing your order, however: We’ll only cover return shipping costs if you order a single pillow and return it. If you order multiple firmness levels at the same time, we won’t cover the return shipping costs — even if you send all the products back together in one package. In this case, €8.50 will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are free only if you order a single pillow and return it. This policy helps us maintain fair prices and avoid unnecessary shipping—thank you for your understanding!

Example:

You order one NeckProtect® in each firmness level: Softness and Ultra. You decide to keep the Ultra version and want to return the Softness version.

→ Since you ordered multiple firmness levels, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and €8.50 will be deducted from your refund.

Bundles

You can save money with our bundle deals: By combining two or more items into a set, you’ll receive a discount on all items in the bundle. Of course, it’s possible that you might not like one or more of the items. That’s why you can easily return either the entire bundle or just part of it within 100 days. However, in the case of a partial return, we ask for your understanding that the bundle discount will no longer apply. You’ll receive a credit for the returned item, minus the discount you received as part of the bundle offer. You can keep the remaining items at their original purchase price.

Sound complicated?

Here’s a quick example: You buy two items, each worth 50,- Euro, and receive a 10% discount on both products as part of a bundle. The total price is therefore reduced from 100 euros to 90 euros. If you then return one of the two items in the bundle, we’ll credit you 40 euros, so you can keep the other item at its original price of 50 euros.

Free Items

As a small token of our appreciation, we’ll give you a free item with orders that exceed a certain total value. You can select this item in your shopping cart and add it to your order. Even if your order includes a free item, you can of course return any products you don’t like. Please note, however, that the free item is tied to the total value of your purchase. If the total price of your purchase with us subsequently falls below the specified minimum order value due to a return, the free item must be returned to us along with your return. If the free item is not included in the return, its value will be deducted from your refund.
