At Centa-Star, we want to ensure that your order arrives quickly, safely, and reliably. That’s why we ship our products every business day via DHL directly from Germany. On this page, you’ll find all the important information about our shipping, delivery times, delivery, and tracking.

Shipping with DHL
Since 2021, we have been working with Deutsche Post, specifically DHL, as our shipping provider. Our products are shipped Monday through Friday from two warehouse locations to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. As a result, your packages may have different return addresses on the shipping label. Returns are processed exclusively through our Stuttgart location.
When placing your order, you can choose how you’d like to receive your package:
Delivery directly to your preferred address
Delivery to a designated drop-off location
Shipping to a nearby DHL branch
Delivery to a DHL Packstation
In addition, as soon as the goods are shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link that lets you check the status and location of your delivery in real time at any time.


Delivery Time
At Centa-Star, we design our processes to be as fast and efficient as possible. Once we receive your order, it is immediately processed by our sales team and forwarded directly to the shipping department. Since we always keep our products in stock, they are usually handed over to DHL on the same or the following business day, and the delivery time is effectively limited to the time DHL needs to deliver your package to the destination address you specified. Delivery within Germany typically takes 1–3 business days.
During periods of particularly high demand or seasonal promotions, delivery times may occasionally be longer. If a product is currently out of stock, we will clearly inform you directly on the product page.
Shipping Cost
We typically charge a shipping fee of €9.00. If your cart total is €79.00 or more, we will ship your new bedding items to you for free.
