Centa-Star is fortunate to have not only its administration and production located in Stuttgart but also its own in-house shipping. Usually, we charge a shipping fee of 9,00€. For an order value of 79€ or more, we will send your new bedding items to you free of charge.
Shipping Provider DHL
Since 2021, we have been working with Deutsche Post, specifically DHL, as our shipping provider. Daily, our goods leave our in-house shipping department to make their way directly to you. You can choose whether you want your package delivered to your address, to a defined drop-off location in case of your absence, to a nearby DHL store, or to a package pickup station. Additionally, as soon as the goods leave our facility, we will send you a tracking link so you can track the status and location of your delivery in real-time.
Delivery Time
Since we handle our shipping in-house, we have the shortest possible processing time and are highly flexible. When your order reaches us, it is immediately processed in our sales department and forwarded directly to the shipping department. As we keep our goods in stock, there are no delays in sending your items, and the delivery time is limited to the time DHL needs to deliver your package to the address you specified.
